Shipping and Delivery

Delivery time

The current delivery time may vary per product and is listed on the respective product page.

We do our utmost to process all orders as quickly as possible. We aim to ship products from stock within 2 to 3 business days to be shipped.

Longer delivery time

Some products have a longer delivery time. This is always clearly indicated on the product page. Among others, this includes our finished tablecloths. These are first carefully finished in our workshop. It takes a bit longer, but you will receive a beautiful and high-quality product in return.

Good things take time!

Tablecloths ‘On order’

Some tablecloths have the status ‘On order’. When you choose a tablecloth with this status, you receive 15% discount.

The tablecloth is not yet in stock at that time, but is specially made for you in response to your order. This way we avoid overproduction and together contribute to a more sustainable way of production.

Delivery

After shipping we depend on the delivery services. We ship with DHL and GLS. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track-and-trace code that allows you to track the shipment.

Due to congestion or unforeseen circumstances with the carrier, it can sometimes take a few more days before your package is delivered.

If you order multiple products? Then they are usually shipped together on the latest available shipping date.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free for orders of €100 or more. For orders under this amount, a standard shipping fee of €4.95 applies.

Tablecloths are shipped folded by default, whenever possible. Would you prefer to receive your tablecloth rolled? You can easily select this option on the product page when placing your order.

You can also collect your order free of charge from our location in Terneuzen (NL).
