Returns and Cancellations
Right of withdrawal
For standard products you have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days. Within this period you may withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. The cooling-off period starts the day after you (or a third party designated by you) received the product.
How to withdraw your purchase
Go to your order overview: my orders.
Click Cancel purchase next to the relevant product.
You will receive a confirmation by email with further instructions.
Made-to-order products
Products made to measure or to your specifications (such as custom-sized tablecloths and print-on-demand) are excluded from the right of withdrawal by law. These cannot be returned unless they are defective. As long as we have not yet started production, you can still cancel a made-to-order order free of charge using the same Cancel purchase button.
Return costs
The costs of returning a product are your responsibility. You will receive the return address and further instructions in the confirmation email.
